脑梗死后轻度认知功能障碍痰瘀证与炎症细胞因子的相关性研究

摘　　要：目的:探索脑梗死后轻度认知功能障碍痰瘀证与炎症细胞因子的相关性。方法:选择60例脑梗死后轻度认知功能障碍患者,分为痰瘀证和非痰瘀证各30例,进行神经心理学量表评分及炎症因子血清IL-6和TNF-α水平检测,探索两者间的相关性。结果:脑梗死后轻度认知功能障碍痰瘀证组患者神经心理学量表MMSE、Mo CA评分均明显降低,血清IL-6、TNF-α水平均明显升高;与非痰瘀证组间比较有统计学意义(P<0.05)。痰瘀证组神经心理学量表评分与血清IL-6、TNF-α水平呈负相关。结论:脑梗死后轻度认知功能障碍痰瘀证的认知功能障碍程度更严重,炎症细胞因子可能在其中发挥了重要作用。Objective ： To explore the correlation between the mild cognitive impairment after cerebral infarction phlegm -stasis syndrome and inflammatory cytokines, Methods：Sixty patients with mild cognitive impairment after cerebral in- farction were divided into the phlegm - stasis syndrome group and non phlegm - stasis syndrome group. Each group had 30 cases. Two groups were observed neuropsychological scale score and the serum level of IL - 6 and TNF - α to explore the correlation between them. Result ： The neuropsychological scale scores of MMSE and MoCA decreased while the serum levels of IL - 6 and TNF -α increased in the mild cognitive impairment after cerebral infarction phlegm - stasis syndrome group. Compared with the phlegm - stasis syndrome group, the phlegm - stasis syndrome group＇ s were more statistically significant （ P 〈 0.05 ）. The neuropsychological scale scores of the phlegm - stasis syndrome group were negatively corre-lated with the serum levels of IL - 6 and TNF -α. Conclusion ： Mild cognitive impairment after cerebral infarction phlegm - stasis syndrome has more severe cognitive impairment and inflammatory cytokines may play an important role.
