高校党建工作领域“病灶”审视与祛除路径探析——基于江浙部分高校的巡视通报

摘　　要：高校是党的建设的重要阵地。在错综复杂的国际国内形势影响下,高校在管党治党方面存在"宽""软""松"现象,甚至出现党的领导弱化、主体责任缺失、阵地意识不强、违纪违规多发等亟待解决的系列问题。"病灶"的根源有:思想认识的不到位,党建责任的缺位和干部作风的错位等。按照"全面从严治党"的新要求,迫切需要进一步强化党委的领导核心作用,完善管党治党的长效机制。要以"立德树人"为根本,以"三严三实"为标杆,深入推进基层党的建设,切实发挥党组织的政治职能和服务功能,为高校的改革发展提供思想政治保证和组织保障。Colleges and universities are the important position of party building. Under the complicated international and domestic situation, there are phenomena of ＂width＂, ＂soft＂ and ＂loose＂ management of the Party in colleges and universities, and even the weakening of the party leadership, the tack of principal responsibility, weak positional consciousness and so on. These urgent problems need to be solved im- mediately. The root caused of the ＂illness＂ lies in insufficient ideological understanding, the lack of party building responsibilities and disloca- tion of the style of the leadership etc. In accordance with the new requirements of ＂administering the party in an all -round way,＂ it is imper- ative to further strengthen the leading role of the party committee and perfect the long - term mechanism to govern the party. Taking moral education as the fundamental, we should further promote the huilding of the Party at the grass- roots level, give full play to the political functions and service functions of the Party organizations, and provide ideological and political guarantee and organizational guarantee for the reform and development of colleges and universities.
