摘 要:拔去针毛后的河狸绒皮丰厚、柔软,而獭兔毛皮细密、丰厚、短而平整,两者极为相似难以区分。本文通过感官检验并结合显微镜观察、扫描电镜观察,为河狸绒皮和獭兔毛皮的鉴别提供了可行方法。结果表明,2种动物毛纤维的纵向、横截面的显微镜形态、扫描电镜形态可作为毛皮种类鉴别的有效依据,同时结合感官检验综合判定,可提高检测的准确率。When the needle hair of beaver skin were pulled completely ,beaver skin was thick and soft, while rabbit fur was fine ,thick, short and smooth. Therefore, they were quite similar and how to distinguish form them was a problem. In this paper, a reliable method was established for the identification of beaver skin and rex rabbit fur using sensory tests combined with microscope and scanning electron microscope (SEM) technique. The results showed that the microscope morphologies of horizontal and vertical cross-section and SEM morphologies of two kinds of animal hair fibers could be used as valid basis for the identification. Sensory test was also used in order to improve the detection accuracy.
