摘　　要：结合天津港北疆港区21~#泊位码头结构加固改造工程,提出了码头前沿局部补桩后新建靠船构件改造技术,投资少,工期短。Based on the design for updating Berth 21 in Beijiang Harbor of Tianjin Port, a new structure is proposed that consists of additional bracing piles in the front of the berth structure and new type of berthing members, which are cost- effective and time saving in construction.
