摘　　要：目的探讨硼替佐米与化疗用于多发性骨髓瘤治疗的临床效果。方法选取我院收治的多发性骨髓瘤患者70例,依照治疗差异分为两组,即对照组(30例)采取常规治疗,研究组(40例)采取硼替佐米与化疗,对比两组疗效。结果研究组患者治疗的效果优于对照组,P<0.05,差异有统计学意义。结论多发性骨髓瘤患者临床治疗中应用硼替佐米与化疗的临床效果确切,不仅可提高疗效,还可降低不良反应的发生率。Objective Study of bortezomib and chemotherapy for clinical effect in the treatment of multiple myeloma. Methods Selected 70 multiple myeloma patients in our hospital were divided into two groups according to different treatment,the control group（30 cases） received conventional treatment,the study group（40 cases） take bortezomib and chemotherapy,comparison of two groups. Results Patients in the study group were better than those in the control group,P〈0.05,the difference was statistically significant. Conclusion The clinical effect of patients with multiple myeloma clinical application of bortezomib and chemotherapy is effective,not only can improve the curative effect,but also reduce the incidence of adverse reaction.
