摘  要:目的探讨以核心问题为主导的循证护理实践教学在胸心血管外科临床护理带教中的应用效果。方法选取本院胸心血管外科的实习护生80例,采用随机数字表法分为两组,对照组40例实施传统带教,观察组40例实施以核心问题为主导的循证护理实践教学,给予两组技能操作考核、理论知识考核及综合能力测评。结果观察组理论成绩、操作成绩、综合能力测评成绩(自学能力、发现问题能力、写作能力、批判性思维能力、实践操作能力、创新能力、科研思维能力、健康宣教能力、团队协作能力、查阅文献资料能力)高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论以核心问题为主导的循证护理实践教学适用于胸心血管外科临床护理带教,效果显著。Objective To investigate application effect of evidence-based on core problem nursing practice teaching in thoracic and cardiovascular surgical nursing teaching. Methods 80 cases of nursing students were selected from thoracic and cardiovascular surgery in hospital, who were divided into two groups by random number table method. 40 cases of students received traditional teaching as control group. 40 cases of students received evidence-based on core problem nursing practice teaching as observation group. Skill operation assessment, theoretical knowledge assessment, comprehensive ability evaluation finished in two groups. Results Theoretical achievements, operation achievements, comprehensive ability evaluation results(study independently ability, problem finding ability, writing ability, critical thinking ability, practical operation ability, innovation ability, scientific research thinking ability, health education ability, team cooperation ability, consulting documents ability) in observation group were higher than control group(P〈0.05). Conclusion Evidence-based on core problem nursing practice teaching is suitable for thoracic and cardiovascular surgical nursing teaching, which has significant effect.
