摘 要:目的探讨肠道膜菌群检测在大肠癌早期诊断筛查中的应用。方法随机选择来我院确诊的41例大肠癌患者进行肠道膜菌群和腔菌群中5种优势菌检测(大肠癌组)。将经结肠镜检查、病理学检查确定为正常结肠黏膜健康者41例(正常组),并另外选择41例疑诊大肠癌患者进行早期诊断筛查(大肠癌正常组)。三组患者共123例。结果大肠癌组的肠道优势菌群中,膜菌群与腔菌群中的肠杆菌、肠球菌多于正常组,而双歧杆菌和乳杆菌明显少于正常组,尤其是膜菌群的肠杆菌、肠球菌、类杆菌、双歧杆菌和乳杆菌与正常组对比,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。大肠癌组正常组进行肠道膜菌群检测筛查后,初筛率为73.17%,符合率73.33%,漏诊率为0.00%。结论肠道膜菌群检测在大肠癌早期诊断筛查中具有较高的诊断率较。值得在临床上推广应用。Objective To investigate the application of the detection of intestinal membrane flora in early diagnosis and screening of colorectal cancer. Methods patients with colorectal cancer in our hospital were randomly selected for the detection of 5 kinds of predominant bacteria in the intestinal flora and luminal flora(colorectal cancer group)(n=41). By colonoscopy and pathological examination to determine the normal colonic mucosa of 41 healthy(normal group), and another 41 cases of suspected colorectal cancer patients with early diagnosis(screening colorectal cancer, normal group). A total of three patients in 123 cases. Results Colorectal cancer patients with intestinal flora, bacteria and membrane cavity bacteria of enterobacteriaceae, enterococcus, more than in the control group and the normal group, bifidobacterium and lactobacillus were significantly less than the control group normal group, especially membrane bacteria Escherichia coli, enterococcus, bacteroides, bifidobacterium and Lactobacillus bacteria coli was control group and normal group there were statistically significant differences(P 0.05). Detection screening of intestinal mucosal flora in suspected colorectal cancer patients with colorectal cancer group and normal group, the screening rate was 73.17 %, the coincidence rate was 73.33%, the misdiagnosis rate was 0.00%. Conclusion The detection of intestinal microflora in the early diagnosis and screening of colorectal cancer has a higher diagnostic rate. It is worthy of clinical application.
