摘　　要：LF炉白渣效果的好坏直接影响着铸坯和轧材的表面质量的优劣。介绍了LF炉精炼渣的形成过程;分析了碱度、氧化性、黏度等因素对LF炉白渣效果的影响;以异型坯和H型钢轧制为例分析了LF炉精炼功能对铸坯和轧材质量的影响。制定出了工艺优化措施,完整实现了LF炉的精炼功能,提高了产品质量。The white slag effect of LF refining furnace would directly affect the surface quality of casting blank and rolling steels. It is introduced the forming procedure of white slag, analyzed the influence of basicity, oxidation, viscosity on the white slag, analyzed the influence of LF furnace refining function on quality of casting blank and rolling steels with beam blank and H - type steel rolling as example. The process optimization measures are worked out, the refining function of LF furnace completely realized, the product quality improved.
