摘  要:将3,5-二-叔丁基-4-羟基苯基丙酸(AO)插层改性绢云母与聚丙烯(PP)共混挤出注塑制得PP/改性绢云母复合材料,通过老化试验箱进行人工老化实验,然后对不同老化时间材料力学性能、微观形貌及结晶性能进行表征,来研究不同含量AO对复合材料抗热氧老化过程中材料性能的影响。研究表明,AO的加入显著提升了材料的拉伸强度、弯曲强度和冲击强度,特别是在老化35 d后,试样弯曲强度不降反升,由25.1 MPa提高至34.0 MPa,同时改性绢云母的加入使复合材料的球晶完善度增加。After modified sericite mica (MM) was produced with 3, 5-di-tert-butyl-4-hydroxyphenylpropionic acid (AO) as the intercalating agent, the polypropylene (PP)/MM composite material was prepared by extrusion blending method followed by injection. Through artificial aging experiments with aging test box, the mechanical properties, morphology and crystalline properties of the composite materials with different aging time were characterized to study the effects of AO content on the properties of the composites during aging. The results show that the addition of AO significantly improves the tensile and bending and impact strength; especially after aging for 30 days, the bending strength of the specimen do not fall but increases from 25.1 MPa to 34. 0 MPa, and the addition of the modified sericite makes the spherulite degree of the composite material increase.
