摘 要:随着我国食用菌产业的快速发展,传统的以木屑为主的生产方式将受到严重限制,而选择资源分布广、产量大、有机质含量高的农业废弃物生产食用菌将带来较好的经济效益与生态效益。本文在分析我国农业废弃物特点的基础上,介绍了国内外农业废弃物在食用菌生产上的应用现状,指出现阶段我国农业废弃物生产食用菌存在的主要问题,并对其今后的发展方向进行了展望,提出应完善农业废弃物生产食用菌的理论体系和建立栽培食用菌的标准化技术体系的建议。Along with the rapid development of edible fungus industry in China, the traditional production mode with wood chips as the main cultivation material will be severely limited. To select the agricultural waste resources widely distributed with large output and high content of organic matter for production of edible fungus has better economic benefit and ecological benefit. In this paper, based on the analysis of characteristics of agricultural wastes in China, the application situation of agricultural wastes on the production of edible fungi at home and abroad was introduced, and its main problems in China at present stage were pointed out. Finally, the development direction for edible fungi culture with agricultural wastes was discussed, and the proposals were put forward for improving the theory system of edible fungi production with agricultural wastes and establishing the standardization technology system of edible fungi cultivation.
