摘　　要：大学与社会的关系是现代大学治理结构中的重要内容,社会参与大学治理是大学与社会关系中的一个关系向度。基于市民社会理论的政府——市场——社会——大学的四分结构是研究大学治理社会参与问题的分析框架。四分框架下,"社会"范畴的利益相关者组成要素的划分是清晰界定大学治理社会参与概念的基础。参与的广度、深度和效度是衡量和评测大学治理社会参与实际水平和质量的三个维度。The relationship between the university and the society is an important part of modern university governance structure, in which social participation in university governance is one dimension.Based on the Theory of Civil Society, the four-divided structure which is composed of government, market, society and university is an anal- ytical framework to study the social participation of university governance. According to the Civil Society Theory and Stakeholder Theory, the main participants can be clearly classified for defining the concept of social participation in university governance.The breadth, depth and validity of participation are three dimensions to evaluate the actual level and quality of social participation in university governance.
