摘　　要：患者女,78岁,右大腿暗红色斑片半年,偶尔痒痛。皮损组织病理示:表皮内查见Paget样细胞呈巢状排列,并有压迫、挤压邻近表皮细胞的倾向,免疫组化示CK5/6灶性阳性,CK7,GCDFP-15,CEA,HMB45阴性,诊断Paget样鲍温病。A 78- year-old female presented with red patch on her right thigh for six months, with occasional itching and pain. Histopathological analysis demonstrated that there were pagetoid cells arranged in nests in the epidermis, and tendency to oppress and squeeze the neighboring keratinocytes. Immunohistochemical study showed CK5/6 focally positive, and CK7 negative, GCDFP-15 negative, CEA negative, HMB45 negative. A diagnosis of pagetoid Bowen＇ s disease was made.
