单招背景下高职学生的教育管理工作研究

摘　　要：高职单招学生文化基础弱、学习兴趣低、普遍没有良好学习习惯,自我管理能力较差,而价值观又呈现多元化的特点。高职院校在针对这些学生的教育管理方面也存在不足,如思想工作深度不够、方式陈旧,管理手段较为单一,忽视学业生涯规划的重要性,教学方法不能因材施教,考核评价模式陈旧等。以高职单招学生教育管理工作为研究内容,并提出相关建议,主要包括深入了解单招学生特点,深化单招学生思想教育工作,帮助、引导学生进行科学的学业生涯规划,加强过程管理,树立典型、发挥榜样的力量,重视和家长联系沟通等。The vocational college students through separate entrance examination are featured in these ways： they are weak of their knowledge foundation,low in studying interest,of no good studying habits,of low self-management ability,and values of pluralism. Meanwhile,in the vocational colleges,there are some deficiencies in the educational？ management of these students,such as： not deep enough management theory,too out-of-date ways,single management method,ignoring the importance of the career planning,rigid teaching methods,out-of-date test models etc. Therefore,the author focused on the educational management of the vocational college students through separate entrance examination and put forward some suggestions which mainly include： deeply investigation of the vocational college students through separate entrance examination,paying more attention on the education of their ideas,helping and guiding the students to do their career planning scientifically,strengthening the process management,setting good examples for them to learn from,keeping close communication with their parents etc.
