摘　　要：目的：探讨消化道钙化性纤维性肿瘤（calcifying fibrous tumor,CFT）的临床病理特征、诊断、鉴别诊断及预后因素。方法：结合相关文献,回顾性分析6例CFT的临床表现、组织学形态和免疫表型。结果：本组患者年龄26-70岁（平均47.67岁）,肿瘤直径0.3-2.0cm,发病部位分别为胃、乙状结肠及腹壁。镜下肿瘤由大量胶原纤维组成,成纤维细胞少,伴有不同程度的钙化及砂粒体形成,间质少量淋巴细胞及浆细胞浸润。免疫表型：肿瘤细胞Vimentin（Vim）阳性,Desmin（Des）、Calponin（CALP）、Smooth Muscle Actin（SMA）、S-100、CD34、CD117、Dog-1、Bcl-2均阴性,例5及例6 Ig G4阴性,Ki-67增殖指数0-2%。结论：消化道CFT属于罕见的良性纤维性肿瘤,确诊需要结合年龄、形态学及免疫表型。临床及病理均需与胃肠道间质瘤、平滑肌瘤、纤维瘤病等其它消化道间叶源性肿瘤鉴别。Objective： To study the clinicopathologic features,diagnosis,differential diagnosis and prognosis of gastrointestinal calcifying fibrous tumor（ CFT）. Methods： The clinical,morphology and immunophenotypic features were analyzed in six cases of calcifying fibrous tumor,with review of literature. Results： The age of patients with CFT in this group ranged from 26 to 70 years,mean age was 47. 67. The diameter of six tumors ranged from 0. 3 to 2. 0cm,and located in stomach,sigmoid colon and abdominal wall. Histopathologically,CFT was composed of abundant hyalinized collagen with lymphoplasmatic infiltrate,spindle cells and psammomatous or dystrophic calcifications. Immunohistochemically,all the cases expressed vimentin,whereas,they didn＇t express Des,CALP,SMA,S- 100,CD34,CD117,Dog- 1 and Bcl- 2,case 5 and 6 didn＇t express Ig G4 and Ki- 67 index ranged from 0 to 2 percent. Conclusion： Gastrointestinal calcifying fibrous tumor is a rare benign lesion,final diagnosis should be based on age,histopathological changes and immunohistochemical studies. CFT should be distinguished from other gastrointestinal mesenchymal tumors such as gastrointestinal stromal tumor,leiomyoma and fibromatosis.
