摘 要:食管癌是消化道常见的恶性肿瘤,治疗效果不理想,预后差。树突状细胞(DC)是专职的抗原提呈细胞,其在抗肿瘤免疫中发挥十分重要的作用。大量研究表明,食管癌的进展及预后与树突状细胞在癌组织和周围淋巴结内的分布、密度和功能障碍密切相关。因此,探索以DC疫苗为基础的食管癌免疫治疗具有十分重要的意义。本文综述食管癌与树突状细胞相关研究进展。Esophageal cancer is one of the most common malignant tumors in gastrointestinal tract,and the prognosis of esophageal cancer is extremely poor. Dendritic cell is professional antigen presenting cells and plays critical roles in anti- tumor immunity. Series of studies demonstrated that the progression and prognosis of esophageal cancer are associated with the distribution,density and function of dendritic cells in tumor tissue and regional lymph nodes. Thus,to investigate the role of dendritic cells in immunotherapy of esophageal cancer will greatly promote the treatment of esophageal cancer.
