摘　　要：细胞分裂是生命活动中的必要过程,在有丝分裂过程中细胞形成胞质分裂必须的重要结构—纺锤体中央区,各种细胞分裂相关的蛋白在此区域内聚集。PRC1(protein regulating cytokinesis 1)蛋白分子是一种微管相关蛋白,是纺锤体中央区形成所必须的蛋白分子。PRC1蛋白通过与其他蛋白分子的相互作用,在胞质分裂过程中发挥着不可或缺的作用。在乳腺癌中PRC1的作用已有报道,同时大数据库资料还表明PRC1与其他肿瘤的关系密切。对PRC1与肿瘤相关性的研究有助于为临床治疗手段提供新的依据。Cell division is a necessary process of life activity,and there is an important structure in cytokinesis during mitosis,namely the central spindle. A variety of proteins related to cytokinesis gather here. PRC1（ protein regulating cytokinesis 1） protein is necessary in forming the central spindle structure,and is a microtubule associated protein. It interacts with other proteins and has an indispensable role in the process of cytokinesis. The role of PRC1 in breast cancer have been reported,meanwhile the online database showed a relationship between PRC1 and other tumors. The research on the correlation between PRC1 and tumor will contribute to providing a new basis for clinical treatment.
