摘　　要：目的探讨Solitaire^(TM)支架在急性基底动脉闭塞取栓治疗的安全性及有效性。方法回顾性分析2例急性基底动脉患者的诊疗经过及预后。结果 2例患者均为男性,年龄36、37岁。均为急性起病,数字减影血管造影(DSA)显示基底动脉急性闭塞,且顺利完成机械取栓手术,血管成功再通,没有发生症状性颅内出血,随访预后良好。结论 Solitaire^(TM)支架取栓治疗急性基底动脉闭塞再通率高,改善功能性预后。Objective To evaluate the safety and efficacy of mechanical thrombectomy with the Solitaire^TMdevice in revascularization of patients with acute basilar artery occlusion（ABAO）.Methods Diagnosis, treatment and prognosis of two patients diagnosed as acute ischemic stroke attributable to ABAO were retrospectively analysed, and they were followed up for more than six months. Results The two male patients aged from 36 to 37 years old were acute onset. DSA imaging showed acute basilar artery occlusion. Both patients were successfully underwent mechanical thrombectomy, and vascular recanalization was successful and there was no symptomatic intracranial haemorrhage. The outcomes were favorable.Conclusion Mechanical thrombectomy with the Solitaire^TMdevice is a safe treatment for patients with ABAO, which can rapidly and effectively contribute to a high rate of recanalization and improve functional outcomes.
