摘　　要：特高压区掏挖式基础爆破开挖主要危害是爆破振动及爆破飞石,采用分层、多次爆破,单次分段毫秒延时爆破可有效控制爆破振动危害,综合采用柔性防护、刚性防护、间隔防护并确保炮孔填塞质量可有效控制爆破飞石,践行样板工程施工理念可将精细化爆破施工技术落到实处。Extra-high voltage area excavated foundation blasting excavation blasting vibration and blasting is the main harm of flying rocks, stratified, blasting vibration, single segment millisecond blasting vibration control can be effectively integrated with harm, flexible protection, rigid protection, and ensure the protection interval stemming quality can effectively control the blasting slungshot, practice model project the concept of construction can be carried out fine blasting construction technology.
