摘　　要：结合云南省产业结构调整与高校专业设置实际,对云南省产业结构与学生的就业现状进行了数据统计分析。研究发现云南省产业结构与高校专业就业存在不匹配等问题,同时还提出了云南省构建高校专业就业预警机制的必要性和对策,以期为云南省高校专业设置及毕业生就业引导等方面提供有效的决策与支持。This paper combines actual situation of industrial restructuring and major setup of colleges and universities in Yunnan province, then analyzes industry structure and students current employment status. Through research, it finds industry structure and professional employment of college and univer-sity is mismatch in Yunnan province. Meanwhile, it emphasizes it is necessity to puts forward counter-measures of constructing professional and employment warning mechanism in Yunnan province so as to provide effective decision.
