摘　　要：欧洲原型大学所创制的学术行会是一个自治团体,也是一个有凝聚力的组织。它限制和排斥外部权力的介入,保护和维持学术活动的开展,从而确立了专业权威的初步形态,形成教授权力的雏形。欧洲现代大学承继原型大学的行会组织架构,教授通过学者共同体的运作彰显其学术权力,不仅控制院校内部事务的决策权,而且其权力还延伸、扩展至高等教育最高层。在外部力量对高等教育的控制日益增强、社会与高等教育的衔接日益密切的形势下,学系制逐渐代替讲座制,教授曾独享的学术权力走向多元共享,这些变革是对欧洲大学教授传统生存状态的冲击。European university of prototype created by the academic guild was an autonomous body. It was also a cohesive organization,which limited and excluded the involvement of external power,protected and maintained academic activities carried out. Academic guild organization established the initial form of professional authority,which constructed the embryonic form of the professors’ power. Modern European university inherits the prototype of guild organization. The professors demonstrate their academic power through the operation of the community of scholars,which not only controls the decision-making power of the internal affairs of the university,but also extends and expands to the top level of the higher education. In the trend of higher education reform,the state’s control on higher education is increasing,at the same time the market and the higher education are closely connected with the reform trend. Since the dominant academic authority coordinates with the government power and the market mechanism,maintaining the original power pattern will face a greater challenge.
