摘　　要：石油钻机配套设备种类繁多,各设备操作方式多样,出于安全和效率等方面的考虑,司钻人员上岗前必须对钻机设备的操作进行培训。为此而研制了石油钻机集成控制虚拟仿真培训系统。该系统采用可编程控制技术和工业网络通信技术,将变频系统、仪表系统、顶驱系统和视频监控系统等组成集成控制系统。搭建了石油钻机智能化、集成化和信息化控制平台,引领了钻机集成控制的发展方向。系统采用集成控制与虚拟现实技术,通过主、副司钻一体化座椅实现钻机所有关键设备的集中控制与监视,是一种全新、安全、高效的石油钻机司钻操作培训系统。该系统的研制对引导用户体验未来高度集成化、自动化和智能化的控制系统有着重要意义。The oil drilling rigs are large-scale complete sets of equipment with great investment,a wide range of ancillary equipment and various operation modes,considering the safety and work efficiency,drillers must be trained before operation. To address the issue,a virtual simulation training system for oil drilling rig integrated control was developed. The system uses programmable control technology and industrial network communication technology to integrate the oil drilling rig frequency conversion system,instrumentation system,the top drive system and video surveillance system to a integrated control system. The intelligent,integrated and information-based control platform for oil drilling rig has been built,leading the development direction of future integrated control of drilling rigs. The system,with the integrated control and virtual reality technology,realizes the centralized control and monitoring of all the key equipments of the drilling rig through the integration seat of the master and deputy driller,presenting a new,safe and high efficient operation and training system for drilling rig driller. The study has an important significance to guide the user to experience the future highly integrated,automated,intelligent control system.
