摘  要:在多层波纹管设计过程中,多层轴向刚度公式大多根据单层波纹管公式建立,而EJMA标准中的公式为近似解,很难对多层波纹管进行准确的分析。通过有限元数值分析方法,比较波形结构参数中的波距、波高、层厚与轴向刚度关系,总结得出变化趋势和影响规律,为波纹管设计提供指导。During the multi-bellows design ,accurate expression of axial stiffness was difficult to get, since the models were mostly built based on the simple one. The EJMA formulas were approximate solution which could not provide the whole stress distribution. Finite-element method was used in this article to get the effects of multi-layer bellows structural parameters on the axial stiffness. The variation trend and influence rule were analyzed to provide valuable guidance on bellows design.
