摘　　要：供应链治理是一个包含层级、规范、市场三种机制维度,约束调整供应链利益相关主体双边或多边关系的治理机制综合体,供应链治理的兴起是经营环境或组织结构变迁的映射。因切入视角不同,供应链治理的概念可大致分为结构观、行为观、制度观三类,三者间并非孤立存在,而是有机联系相互交叉。三种典型的供应链治理机制会同时存在于一个供应链系统,其治理结果取决于三种机制作用强度的差异。根据治理模式中各治理机制相对重要性程度的不同,可分为随机交易型、核心领导型、多元协作型三种类型。在随机交易型治理模式中,市场机制是主流供应链治理机制;在核心领导型治理模式中,层级治理机制的表现更加突出;在多元协作型治理模式中,尽管以规范机制为主导,但其他机制也有发挥余地。供应链治理模式的演化会受到各种因素的影响,并不存在普适路径,只能以随机交易型治理模式为起点,以交互式创新与供应链治理机制的因果反馈为脉路,总结出随机交易型到核心领导型供应链治理模式演化、核心领导型向多元协作型供应链治理模式迁移、核心领导型回转随机交易型供应链治理模式等几种典型的供应链治理模式演化路径。There are three mechanism dimensions in supply chain governance,namely hierarchy,norm,and market;it is the complexity of governance mechanism that can be used to constrain and adjust the bilateral or multilateral relation among different stakeholders of the supply chain;the rising of supply chain governance is the reflection of changes in operation environment and organizational structure. Because on differences in perspective,the concept of supply chain governance can be divided into concept from the perspective of structure,behaviors,and institution,which are interdepending on each other. These three different kinds of supply chain governance mechanisms could coexist in the same supply chain system;and the result of governance will be determined by the different roles they play. According to the different importance of different governance patterns,they can be divided into such three types as random transaction,core leading,and multi-dimensional cooperation. In the pattern of random transaction,the market mechanism is the mainstream one;in the pattern of core leading,the hierarchy mechanism is highlighted;and in the pattern of multi-dimensional cooperation,though the norm mechanism is the dominated one,the other mechanisms can also play their roles. The evolution of supply chain governance will be influenced by many factors,and there is no pervasive path. Taking random transaction governance pattern as the start point,the cause and effect feedback between interactive innovation and supply chain governance as the context,several classical evolutional path of supply chain governance can be summarized.
