拓展训练在高校武术教学中的应用研究

摘　　要：拓展训练在高校武术教学之中的开展可行性较高,具体的模式开展过程中要重视学情分析,设计明确的教学目标,制定多元化的任务活动内容,并在团队之中让学生完成教学任务,最终形成有效的教学评价鼓励学生进行自我反思。文章分析了拓展训练在高校武术教学中开展的可行性,结合具体的教学经验提出了拓展训练在高校武术教学中的应用模式,希望能够为各位同仁开展拓展训练教学提供有效的建议。Outward Bound training has great feasibility of applying in college Wushu teaching, and in the teaching process, we should pay more attention to students situations, clear teaching aim design, having multi-task activity content, and having students to finish teaching tasks by groups, and finally to reach effective teaching evaluation to encourage students to reconsideration. The study analyzes the feasibility of applying Outward Bound training into college Wushu teaching , and combining the practical experience to suggest that Outward Bound training should have its special model in Wushu teaching, and hopes to offer some suggestions for the Outward Bound training and teaching.
