摘 要:采用SUUNTO团队心率实时遥测系统,实时监控国家跆拳道队运动员参加全国锦标赛时比赛中的心率变化情况,并采集赛后3min血乳酸,分析国内跆拳道项目高水平赛事运动员的比赛强度。发现:跆拳道比赛中女运动员的平均心率可达到(174.43±5.90)次/min,男运动员的平均心率可达到(172.19±10.28)次/min,最大心率超过190次/min;局间间歇时女运动员平均心率处于(170.09±6.04)次/min,男运动员平均心率处于(167.43±11.12)次/min;赛后3min女子运动员血乳酸为(8.27±3.29)mmol/L,男子运动员血乳酸为(9.36±1.69)mmol/L。结论:1)跆拳道比赛中的平均强度超过90%最大心率,比赛间歇的生理负荷可超过85%最大心率;2)比赛强度受比赛级别、交手双方水平差距、比赛重要程度、规则变化等多方面因素影响;3)跆拳道比赛以ATP-CP供能系统和糖酵解供能系统供能为主,有氧代谢供能系统为辅,提高乳酸消除能力,提高ATP-CP能量储备量及快速恢复速度,对于提升跆拳道运动员专项运动能力有重要意义。SUUNTO Team Pack was used to monitor the changes of the National Taekwondo athletes' heart rate during the national championships.Blood lactic acid was collected after 3minutes of the competition,so as to analyze the competition intensity of the high level athletes in the domestic Taekwondo.The result shows that the average heart rate of female athlete in the taekwondo competition can reach 174.43±5.90 bpm/min,that the average heart rate of male athlete in the taekwondo competition can reach172.19±10.28bpm/min,and that the maximum heart rate is more than 190bpm/min.The average heart rate of female athlete between the rounds can reach 170.09±6.04bpm/min.The average heart rate of male athlete between the round can reach 167.43±11.12bpm/min.Female athletes' blood lactic acid after the competition in 3minutes is 8.27±3.29mmol/L,and male athletes' is 9.36±1.69mmol/L.It suggests that in taekwondo competition,the average intensity may be more than 90% maximal heart rate;the physiological load during the match intermittent may be close to even more than 85% maximal heart rate.The match intensity is influenced by the factor such as weight division,the difference between contestants,the importance of the match,the rules change and so on.Energy supply of Taekwondo competition is supplied mainly by ATP-CP energy supply system and glycolytic energy supply system is supplemented by aerobic metabolism system.It is very important to improve the taekwondo athletes special athletic ability by accelerating the rate of lactic acid erase,improving the volume of ATP-CP energy and increasing the rate of rapid recovery.
