摘　　要：文章介绍了航海文化的兴起,并说明了航海文化作为世界文化的重要组成部分,在促进人类文明的进步中发挥的巨大作用,进一步分析了航海礼仪教育在弘扬航海文化中的必然、实然与应然,并对航海院校及各类海员培训机构进行航海礼仪教育提出了建议措施。This article introduces the rise of maritime culture and the roles it plays in promoting human civilization as an important component of global culture, analyzes the necessity, actuality and appropriateness of maritime etiquette education in carrying forward maritime culture as well as puts forward the measures for maritime institutes and maritime training institutes to carry out maritime etiquette education.
