摘 要:目的探讨长时连续脑力作业下服用咖啡因对人体神经行为功能的影响。方法随机整群抽取本校38名学员为受试者,随机分为对照组(n=19)和干预组(n=19)。两组受试者于测试日进行连续8 h脑力作业(8:00~16:00),且在试验过程中,所有受试者在连续进行6 h脑力作业后(14:00),分别饮用含100 mg咖啡因(干预组)和去咖啡因(对照组)的红牛维生素功能饮料,此后继续进行2 h的脑力作业。脑力作业结束后(17:00),严格按照WHO推荐的测试方法、顺序及分组进行WHO神经行为核心测试组合(WHO-NCTB)测试。结果与对照组比较,长时连续脑力作业后,干预组疲劳-惰性的负性情绪分数降低,有力-好动的积极情绪分数升高,简单反应时测试平均反应时间缩短,数字跨度和利手提转敏捷度显著增加,目标追踪错误打点数明显降低(P<0.05)。结论适量咖啡因对长时连续脑力作业后的神经行为功能具有明显的改善作用。Objective To explore the effects of caffeine on human neurobehavioral function during long-term continuous mental work. Methods A total of 38 students in our school were randomly sampled as subjects and divided into a control group and an intervention group(n = 19, respectively). On the test day, the subjects in the two groups did mental work for eight consecutive hours(8:00-16:00). All subjects drank Red Bull vitamin functional beverages with 100 mg caffeine(for the intervention group) and that without caffeine(for the control group) after they have worked for six consecutive hours(14:00); and then go on to do the mental work for two hours. After the work(17:00), WHO Neurobehavioral Core Test Battery(WHO-NCTB) test was made strictly in accordance with WHO recommended test methods, order and grouping. Results Compared with the control group, after long-term continuous mental work, the intervention group had lower negative emotion scores of fatigue and inertia, higher positive emotion scores of strength and hyperactivity, shorter average reaction time during simple reaction tests, higher dexterity for digit span and handy carrying and transfer, and significantly lower occurrence of incorrect action during target tracking( P 〈0.05).Conclusion Appropriate amount of caffeine can improve the neurobehavioral function of human beings after long-term continuous mental work.
