摘　　要：高校必须从战略的高度来认识加强廉政文化建设的重要性和必要性,从培养什么人和怎样培养人的政治高度,将廉政文化建设落到实处。SWOT分析有助于厘清高校廉政文化建设的思路,在理性把握廉政文化建设的现状与存在问题的基础上,科学制定廉政文化建设的总体目标与建立健全内部运行机制,从而确保高校廉政文化建设走上制度化、规范化的轨道。Colleges must understand the importance and necessity of strengthening the construction of a clean and honest culture from a strategic perspective,implement the clean government culture from the political height of how and what to cultivate. SWOT analysis helps to clarify the ideas of the construction of clean and honest culture in colleges. On the basis of grasping the current situation and existing problems of the construction of an honest and clean government culture scientifically？ the overall goal of the con-struction of clean government culture and establishment and perfection of internal operation mechanism should be scientifically established？ so as to ensure that the construction of an honest and clean government culture embarked on an institutionalized and standardized track .
