摘　　要：电子数据作为一种新的证据类型,应与其他证据种类具有相同的法律地位。《电子数据规定》进一步明确了电子数据的内涵,收集、提取技术标准,收集、提取方式以及审查认定程序,为电子数据在司法实务中的运用提供了更为全面的法律指引。Electronic data,as a new type of evidence,should have the same legal status as other types of evidence. Electronic Data Prouisions further clarifies the connotation of electronic data ＇ collection of ex -traction technology standards＇ collection and extraction methods ＇ as well as the review and identification procedures for electronic data in the use of judicial practice ＇ which provides a more comprehensive legal guidance.
