摘　　要：以江苏民营上市公司发布的年报和社会责任报告为研究对象,对其进行统计分析,发现江苏民营上市公司社会责任信息披露存在如下问题:披露数量少、比例低,主动性不高;披露质量不高,差异较大;部分上市公司披露的连续性不够;披露地区之间不均衡;披露信息的信度不高、中肯性不足。The paper analyzes the annual repor ts and social re sponsibility repor ts published by private listed companies in Jiangsu province,and finds that the re are some problems in the disclosure of social responsi-bility information of J iangsu private listed companie s, for example , disclosure quantity is small; propor-tion is low ; initiative is not high; the disclosure of information is not high; the lack of fairness.
