住院医师规范化培训中植入跨专业培训(IPE)的探索与实践

摘　　要：跨专业教育(inter-professional education,IPE)是指两种或两种以上的专业互相向对方学习以达到改善合作和服务质量的教育过程。目前,在我国全面推进住院医师规范化培训的过程中,专业技术及临床决策能力是培训重点。上海交通大学附属第六人民医院尝试在住院医师规范化培训中植入IPE,以有效提升住院医师全面能力,同时对未来培训模式提出思考。Inter-professional education （IPE） is an education process in which two or more than two professions learn from each other to improve collaboration and medical service quality. In the process of advancing the National Resident Standardized Training in China, professional technology and clinical decision making are the key to the training. Our affiliated hospital integrated IPE into resident standardized training, which has effectively improved the residents＇comprehensive competency and at the same time raised some thinking on the future training mode.
