摘　　要：医学模拟教学是运用模拟技术创设出的贴近临床工作环境的一种教学方法。将Sim Man 3G模拟人运用到儿科实习教学中,加深了学生对理论知识的理解和掌握,培养了学生的临床思维能力,提高了学生临床操作能力及增强了学生的团队合作意识。理论与实践相结合为学生踏入临床工作打下了坚实的基础。Simulation-based medical teaching is a teaching method that uses simulation technology to create clinical situation close to the reality. Application of SimMan 3G simulator in pediatric clinical teaching can deepen students＇ understanding of theoretical knowledge, cultivate their clinical thinking ability, improve clinical skills and strengthen their awareness of teamwork. Combination of practice with theory lays a solid basis for students to work as qualified doctors in the future.
