摘　　要：在以临床路径为基础的案例教学中,通过选择确定优化的临床路径,辅以实用的病例导入,加深理解临床路径的规范流程,紧扣病例设置展开问题,有效评估总结教学效果等方法,激发学生学习兴趣、提高学习效率、活跃临床思维,不仅有助于培养学生规范的诊疗习惯,同时有利于提高教学的科学性和系统性,强化教师的带教能力和意识。Case-based learning based on clinical pathway involves selecting the optimized clinical pathway together with introduction of practical cases, deepening students＇ understanding of standardized procedure of clinical pathway, posing questions based on cases, and effectively evaluating and summarizing teaching outcomes. This approach can stimulate students＇interest in learning, improve their learning efficiency and activate their clinical thinking, cultivate students＇clinical behavior of standardized treatment, make teaching more scientific and systematic, and enhance the teachers teaching ability and awareness.
