摘　　要：本文以车用聚氨酯弹性体的中国专利申请数据为分析样本,从中国专利申请的时间分布、主要申请人、地区分布、专利技术概况等多角度详细剖析了国内车用聚氨酯弹性体专利技术的整体发展状况,为我国相关企业进行专利布局提供参考。Chinese patent applications about polyurethane elastomeruseful in the automobile industry were taken as sample and the overall development status of that was analyzed and studied based on time distribution,main appli-cants,area distribution,and technical general situation. Some suggestion on the patent application strategy was put for-ward for China enterprises.
