摘  要:以苗期桶栽甘蔗桂糖37号为研究对象,设置正常供水和干旱胁迫环境下施用及不施用1-MCP的4个处理,测定苗期甘蔗叶片保护酶系统相关生理指标.结果表明,在水分正常供应情况下,施用1-MCP一次和二次处理,均能提高POD、SOD、CAT活性,其中POD和SOD活性明显提高,CAT活性变化不明显;干旱胁迫下,与正常供水相比,POD和SOD活性提高,CAT活性降低;同时缺水的甘蔗叶片经1-MCP一、二次处理,均能显著提高POD和SOD活性,而对CAT活性影响较小.施用1-MCP能提高甘蔗叶片抗氧化酶POD和SOD活性,有利于缓解干旱胁迫对植物细胞的伤害.1-MCP was applied to Guitang 37 in normal condition and under drought stress,with no application as the control. Bio-chemistry parameters on antioxidase activity of leaves at seedling period were compared. The results showed that activities of POD and SOD increased significantly after adding 1 mg·L-1 1-MCP in nor^mal condition,while CAT activity increased slightly. When be -ing under drought tress without 1-MCP application,activities of POD and SOD increased,but CAT activity decreased. After twice application,activities of POD and SOD increased significantly but CAT activity varied slightly. Therefore, 1- M C P was able to pro-mote activities of POD and SOD in sugarcane at seedling period,easing cell damage of plant under drought stress.
