摘 要:对R32变频制冷系统试验装置进行研究,改变电子膨胀阀开度和变频压缩机频率,对不同频率、不同蒸发器出口过热度下压缩机电效率和容积效率进行了试验分析。结果表明,低频率时(25~35 Hz)压缩机电效率比高频率(40~60 Hz)时要高,而容积效率比高频率时要低。在不同工况下,不同压缩机频率的电效率和容积效率随蒸发器出口过热度的变化趋势不同。当过热度处于4~6 K范围内时,压缩机性能最佳。To experimentally analysis the thermo performance of inverter rotary compressor with R32 in different compression frequency and superheated temperature at evaporator outlet,the opening of electronic expansion valve and the frequency of inverter compressor are changed. The results show that the electrical efficiency of compressor at low frequency range( 25 ~ 35 Hz) is greater than that at high frequency range( 40 ~ 60 Hz),and the volumetric efficiency of compressor at low frequency range is less than that at high frequency range. In addition,for different temperature of chilled water,the tendency of electrical efficiency and the volumetric efficiency with various compressor frequency varying with superheated temperature are not similar. Moreover,when superheated temperature at 4 ~ 6 K,the performance of compressor reaches optimum.
