“文化碎片”与“碎片文化”——新兴媒体环境下非系统文化对国家安全的逼显  

Cultural Fragments and Fragmented Culture——The Emphasis on the National Security Placed by the Non-systematic Culture under the New Media Environment

摘　　要：非系统文化是文化现代性的"碎片"化表现,是对系统文化的改造或消解,其对系统文化的冲击表现为"文化碎片"和"碎片文化"。"文化碎片"往往以个体感性方式消解理性历史和民族精神,其在新兴媒体传播过程中往往以剥离、歪曲、含混的态度对待特定的历史、民族和社会,最终导致"碎片文化"的出现。"碎片文化"通过对社会个体的影响,在传播中表征出与民族核心价值对立的社会思潮,在附加个体利益和自我狭隘认识的基础上又被演绎出新的"文化碎片"。"文化碎片"和"碎片文化"对国家文化安全构成威胁,为此在新兴媒体环境下呼唤历史理性与民族精神显得尤为重要。The non-systematic culture is the ＂fragmented＂ expression of the cultural modernity. It is the transformation and deconstruction of the systematic culture. Its impact on the systematic culture is＂culture fragments＂ and ＂fragmented culture＂. ＂Cultural fragments＂ often deconstruct rational history and national spirit in a individually emotional way, and in the spreading process of the new media, it tends to use a stripped, distorted, and ambiguous attitude towards the specific history, nation and society. Eventually, this leads to the emergence of ＂fragmented culture＂. Through the impact on social individuals, ＂fragmented culture＂ shows the social trend of thought which is opposite to the national core values in the communication process. With the addition of personal interest and the narrow self-recognition foundation, this produces new ＂culture fragments＂. ＂Cultural fragments＂ and ＂fragmented culture＂pose a threat to the national cultural security. Therefore, it is significant to call for historical reason and national spirit under the new media environment.
