摘　　要：识别组织智力特征是组织整合智力资本并转化为组织价值的基础。运用扎根理论对江苏高校协同创新中心的组织智力进行研究,发现了4个方面的特征,即全国行业领先型战略目标、特色科技型知识管理、双能型领导者与多样型合作伙伴。Recognition of organizational intelligence characteristics is organizational intellectual capital integration and transformation basis for organizational value.Based on grounded theory,this article finds the characteristics of organizational intelligence of collaborative innovation center in Jiangsu that strategic targets are national leading and industrial leading,characteristics of knowledge management are science and technology,the person in charge of the centers are academic leaders and outstanding managers,the centers＇ partners are diverse.It can provide experience of reference for other collaborative innovation center discussion.
