摘　　要：在企业创新系统中,主流与新流创新动态演进,形成持续创新机制,对企业发展和创新能力提升具有重要意义。为了充分促进主流与新流创新协同发展,运用系统动力学方法对企业主流与新流创新动态演进开展了实证研究,构建了基于创新生命周期的主流与新流创新动态演进系统动力学模型。在神州数码公司仿真实证研究的基础上,提出设立识别机制体系、完善政府扶持体系、转变资源分配方式,以有效支持企业主流与新流创新系统。Mainstream and new-stream innovation evolves dynamically to form a continuous innovation mechanism,which has the vital significance to the enterprises development and innovation ability enhancement.This paper for the first time uses system dynamics method to carry out empirical research on enterprise＇s mainstream and new-stream innovation dynamic evolution.It constructs the system dynamics model of mainstream and new-stream innovation dynamic evolution based on the innovation life cycle.Suggestions are proposed based on the detailed analysis of simulation of Digital China Corp.It＇s proposed that the establishment of mechanism identification system,improving the government supporting system,changes in resource allocation,so as to effectively support the mainstream and new-stream innovation system.
