摘 要:纳米材料改性生物塑料聚羟基脂肪酸酯(PHAs)是解决PHAs在加工时结晶性能、机械性能、阻隔性能和热稳定性能差的有效途径。介绍了纳米材料增强生物塑料聚羟基脂肪酸酯(PHAs)的制备方法,分析了共混法、插层复合法、溶胶-凝胶法和原位复合法四种制备方法的优缺点。综述了纳米纤维素、纳米黏土、碳纳米管和纳米氧化物增强生物塑料PHAs的国内外研究现状,以及纳米材料增强生物塑料PHAs的应用领域,并对生物塑料PHAs的研究和发展进行了展望。Bioplastic polyhydroxyalkanoates( PHAs) reinforced by nanomaterials was an effective way to solve the poor crystallinity,mechanical properties,barrier properties and thermal stability of PHAs during processing. The preparation methods of polyhydroxyalkanoates( PHAs) reinforced by nanomaterials were introduced in the paper. The advantage and disadvantages of the preparation methods of blending method,intercalation compound method,sol-gel method and in situ composite method were analyzed. The research status and applications of cellulose based nanofillers,nanoclays,carbon nanotubes and nano- oxide reinforced bioplastic polyhydroxyalkanoates were reviewed. Finally,the research and development of bioplastic PHAs were prospected.
