WSR系统方法论下体育赛事风险评价指标体系的构建

摘　　要：采用文献资料法、专家访谈法、层次分析法等方法,立足体育赛事风险的研究成果以及风险管理与评价的理论基础。首先,从"物理-事理-人理"层面分析体育赛事风险,建立了体育赛事风险分析模型,收集致险因子;其次,利用体育赛事风险分析模型分析了体育赛事致险因素,初步构建体育赛事风险指标体系预选指标;再次,采用专家调查法经过两轮专家调查对初选指标进行筛选确立"物-事-人"三个层面的体育赛事风险评价指标体系,该体系包含3个一级指标、9个二级指标、40个三级指标,该评价体系适用于当前体育赛事,符合未来体育赛事发展趋势,具有较好的可测性、可行性、时效性和全面性。This article uses consulting data metliod and expert interview method and other methods , based on the large-scale sports event risk research and the theory of risk evaluation and management . First of all , analysing the sports event risk from three aspects of ＂ Wuli -Shili -Ren - li＂, we establish sporting event risk analysis model and collecting risk factor ;Secondly,using the model to analyze the risk factors of sports event,we preliminary build the primary index of the risk index system ; And using the method of expert investigation after two rounds of expert investigation for screening primary indicators to establish the ports event risk evaluation index system - ＂ WSR＂, which consits of three first-level indicators,nine seconda -ry indexes,and 40 level-three indicators ; Finally,using the analytic hierarchy process （ AHP） to determine the weight factors of tiie index level 1,level 2 ,level 3.
