抢救案例分享对提升急诊科护理人员综合急救能力的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨抢救案例分享对急诊科护理人员综合急救能力的影响。方法 2013年1~12月,在常规急诊专科护理人员培训、能级管理培训的基础上,每周进行抢救案例分享1次,对典型案例抢救工作的时效性进行分析与评价,及时强化与改进相关工作。比较实施抢救案例分享前后护理人员核心能力、危重病例分析与急救处理能力、分诊准确率及抢救成功率。结果实施案例分享后护理人员核心能力、危重病例分析与急救处理能力、急诊分诊准确率及抢救成功率均明显高于实施前(t=4.860,P<0.001;t=7.840,P<0.001;χ~2=226.785,P<0.001;χ~2=152.359,P<0.001)。结论抢救案例分享提高了急诊科护理人员的自主管理意识、质量意识和急救护理思维能力,促进了护理人员工作过程中发现问题、分析问题与解决问题的能力,保障了急救护理质量的有效落实,有效提升了急诊科护理人员的综合急救能力。Objective To explore the effect of emergency nursing case sharing on the comprehensive emergency nursing ability of emergency nurses. Methods In 2013, in addition to routine training of nurses in emergency department, we shared rescue cases once a week, analyzed and evaluated the effectiveness of the typical cases, strengthened and improved the relevant work . The core competence,emergency case analysis and handing ability, triage accuracy rate and rescue success rate were compared before and after the intervention （t= 4. 860 , P 〈0. 001 ; t = 7. 840 , P 〈 0. 001;χ^2 = 226. 785, P 〈0. 001; χ^2= 152. 359, P〈0. 001）. Results After the intervention,significant improvements were observed in all the measurements. Conclusions The emergency case nursing sharing promotes the self management consciousness, quality consciousness and emergency nursing ability of thinking of emergency nursing staff. They were more well-prepared to find,analyze and solve problems in their work,so as to ensure the effective implementation of the quality of emergency care and promotion of their comprehensive first-aid ability.
