唐山交通大学重建与河北省高等教育发展模式创新

摘　　要：创新高等教育发展模式是河北省高等教育跨越式发展、提升核心竞争力的有效路径。河北省高等教育整体实力现实较弱与历史辉煌存在巨大差距的尴尬状况、"双一流"战略下各省份不断创新高等教育发展模式带来的巨大挑战、京津冀协同发展战略推进中高教强省加速建设的现实需求迫切要求河北省高等教育积极改革、大胆探索、不断创新。从河北省高等教育发展的辉煌史以及现阶段现实需求来看,以重建唐山交通大学为契机来创新河北省高等教育发展模式具有可行性。其中,原唐山交通大学办学传统的有机融入和采用"省部市共建、多校联建"的办学体制是重建唐山交通大学的关键环节。The innovation of the higher education development modes is an effective way to improve the core competitiveness of higher education in Hebei province. The reform of higher education is urgent in Hebei Province, due to the embarrassing situation featuring the current poor higher education and the glorious past, the enormous challenges brought about by constant innovation of higher education development modes in other provinces against the background of the ＂double first＂ strategy, and the promotion of the higher education in the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei collaborative development strategy.From the perspective of the glorious history of the higher education development in He-bei province and the actual needs of the present time, it is feasible to innovate the de-velopment modes of higher education in Hebei Province by rebuilding the Tangshan Jiaotong University. The integration of the tradition of the former Tangshan Jiaotong University into the collaboration between Hebei Province, the Ministry of Education and Tangshan City, and other universities is the key in the reconstruction of Tangshan Jiaotong University.
