摘  要:为了满足大气激光雷达探测系统对高透过率双波长激光镜片的需求,针对407nm和5 3 2 n m两个激光波长进行了膜系设计。本文讨论了膜料的选取原则,选取H4、Al_2O_3、MgF_2这三种膜料分别作为高、中、低折射率膜料。以G|M2HL|A作为原始膜系并进行了优化设计,设计的结果具有更高的透过率,能够满足实际的应用需求。In order to meet the demand of high transmittance dual-wavelength laser lens for atmospheric laser radar detection system, the film system of 407 nm and 532 nm was designed. In this paper, the selection principle of film materials is discussed. Three kinds of film materials, H4, Al_2O_3 and MgF_2 are selected as high, middle and low refractive index film materials respectively. The G|M2HL|A was used as the original film system and the optimized design was made. The result of the design has higher transmittance and can meet the practical application requirements.
