摘 要:健美操已纳入大学体育课程的重要内容。探讨了异质分组教学模式在大学健美操教学中的应用,通过实验对照法、文献资料法、数理统计法研究表明:异质分组教学模式在培养学生健美操的动作技能、动作配合、创编能力、团队协作能力明显优于传统的教学模式。研究能提高高校健美操教学的教学质量和效果,为以后的健美操教学提供方法上的参考。Aerobics has been incorporated into the university sports curriculum. This paper explores the application of heterogeneous grouping teaching model in college aerobics teaching. Through the experimental control method,documentary method and mathematical statistics method,it shows that heterogeneous grouping teaching mode is helpful to develop students ’aerobics’ action skills,action coordination,Ability,teamwork ability is obviously superior to the traditional teaching mode. The research of this paper can improve the teaching quality and effect of aerobics teaching in colleges and universities,and provide a reference for the aerobics teaching in the future.
