留白艺术在管理学教学中的应用

摘　　要：本文探讨留白艺术在《管理学基础》课程教学中的应用。主要从课堂设计、问题导入、案例讨论三个方面阐述课堂留白的方法;并归纳留白教学模式的作用效果:一是课堂留白留给学员更多的学习时间;二是调动学员学习的愿望,激发其主观能动性;三是留白艺术使课堂成为教师和学生双向交流的平台,提高教学效果。The applications of arts of white space were discussed in the teaching of management science. The methods to set white space in the course teaching were introduced from the aspects including the design of teaching, the leading - in the cases and the analysis of the cases. At last, the effects of these efforts were summa- rized as follows： firstly, the students owned more time to think and study initiatively; secondly, the dynamic roles of the students in the study were aroused ; thirdly, a teacher - student thoughts exchange platform was established.
