摘　　要：根管系统的复杂性和细菌以生物膜形式存在等因素,使得单纯的机械预备不能有效的去除隐匿于根管系统(侧副根管和牙本质管等)内的细菌。因此,化学预备对于根管治疗的成功起到了关键的作用。对目前临床常用的根管冲洗液的不同性能以及相互作用进行了综述,以期根管系统达到有效的清理。Due to its complex root canal anatomy, microbes organized in a biofilm and so on, it become difficult to clean intraradicular bacteria colonized in the root canal system（lateral canals, dentinal tubules and so on） with root canal instruments. Thus, chemical preparation is essential for successful outcome in the root canal treatment. In this article, we review the different actions and interactions of the most commonly used irriants in order to contribute to achieving predictable disinfection of the root canal system.
