辅助化疗预防卵巢癌患者术后复发的效果及对血清肿瘤标志物的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨辅助化疗预防卵巢癌患者术后复发的效果及对血清肿瘤标志物的影响。方法选取2011年8月至2013年8月间新疆医科大学第二附属医院收治的行肿瘤减灭术治疗的82例卵巢癌患者,采用随机数字表法分为观察组与对照组。其中观察组47例,对照组35例。观察组患者手术前给予辅助化疗,对照组患者术后给予化疗,比较两组化疗效果、血清肿瘤标志物水平和生活质量。随访2年,观察两组患者局部复发率及远期生存率。结果治疗后观察组患者临床化疗效果及生活质量评分均高于对照组患者,而血清肿瘤各标志物水平均低于对照组,组间差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。随访2年,观察组患者生存率和局部复发率均优于对照组患者,组间差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论术前辅助化疗能有效提高手术治疗效果,降低患者术后复发率,提高远期生存率。Objective To explore the efficacy of adjuvant chemotherapy in preventing postoperative recurrence of ovarian cancer and the impact on serum tumor markers. Methods Eighty-two patients with ovarian cancer treated with cytoreductive surgery at The Second Affiliated Hospital of Xinjiang Medical University from August 2011 to August 2013 were divided into an observation group and a control group. Among them,47 patients in the observation group received preoperative adjuvant chemotherapy and 35 patients in the control group received postoperative adjuvant chemotherapy. Efficacy of chemotherapy,serum tumor markers levels and quality of life were compared between the two groups. During the follow-up of 2 years,local recurrence rate and long-term survival rate were observed in the two groups. Results The efficacy of chemotherapy and the quality of life were significantly higher in the observation group than in the control group. However,serum tumor markers levels were significantly lower in the observation group than in the control group（ P 〈 0. 05）. During the follow-up of 2 years,the survival rate and local recurrence rate were significantly better in the observation group than in the control group（ P 〈 0. 05）. Conclusion Preoperative adjuvant chemotherapy can significantly improve the effectiveness of surgical treatment and the long-term survival rate,and reduce the postoperative recurrence rate.
