摘　　要：为健康管理与康复提供新思路,实现生物-心理-社会医学模式的根本转变。本文从现代医疗行为的主体应该是健康管理与康复将逐渐取代疾病治疗的理念开始,逐一介绍了应激是健康管理的核心,应激管理即是焦虑情绪的管理,以及如何管理焦虑情绪,并对医疗机构的职能进行反思。In order to provide new ideas for health management and rehabilitation, to achieve biological - psychological - social medical model of the fundamental change. In this paper, the author proposed that the subject of modem medical practice should be transfered gradually from merely treating the disease to health management and rehabilitation, and also systematically introduced how to manage health and rehabilitation through stress management and anxiety management, and explored seriously how should the health institutions change their function to adjust the need of modern health management.
