工程视阈下地方高师院校人才培养“DATB”模式研究

摘　　要：本文从地方高师院校转型发展时期的学校办学定位与目标研究入手,对国内地方高师院校向多科性、综合性大学转型发展状况进行了分析,提出工程视阈下人才培养"DATB"模式(即开发型人才、应用型人才、技术型人才以及背景型人才培养的模式),对这一模式的内涵和本质进行了理论分析与实践研究;并结合长春师范大学学科、专业特点进行了试点实验研究,总结出"DATB"模式在地方高师院校转型发展时期推广应用的思路和途径。The study starts from the school running orientation and target research of local normal universities in the transitional period and analyzes the development status of domestic local normal universities in the direction of multidisciplinary attribute and comprehensive university, thus proposing the pattern of ＂DATB＂ for talent cultivation of engineering visual threshold, referring to the talent cultivation pattern of development type, application type, technique type as well as background type in engineering visual threshold. The thesis makes theoretical analysis and practical study over the connotation and essence of the pattern and makes trial experiment combed with the subject and professional features in Changchun Normal University and summarizes the ideas and channels of local normal universities to promote and apply ＂DATB＂ pattern in the transitional development period.
